PAYMENT POLICY

 In order to make a reservation the following amounts are required to be deposited:

• 30% of the total amount within 3 days from the date of the booking

• 70% of the total amount 30 days prior to the arrival date

In case the reservation takes place in a period of time less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival of the guests, then the total amount must be paid in advance and in full.

Along with the final deposit of payment, an extra amount of 1000 € is required to be deposited as a guarantee for property damage. In case there was no damage detected in the premises and its whole belongings, then this extra amount is fully refundable after 3 days of the departure.

The above amounts should be deposited on time, otherwise the Reservation will be deemed void.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• In case of any cancellation up to 60 days before the scheduled date of arrival, then the refundable amount will be 50% of the deposited sum of money.
• In case of any cancellation up to 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival, then the refundable amount will be 25% of the deposited sum.
• In case of any cancellation less than 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival, then there will not be any refund.
• Regarding unexpected or unscheduled early departure, the guest will not be refunded any amount of money.
